I thought she was too busy to take on more. This needs to be a direct, live, open conversation with the Council, in session, on the record. Anything less is suspect, a way to give Council "plausible deniability" a way to launder the questions and frame the answers behind the scenes. If it takes six weeks to set up the call, fit the schedules, to find the time, set the agenda, set out the questions in advance in a public setting, fine. But the implications raise by this matter are sufficiently profound that the Council need to handle this proactively.
